1. Operator and contact

MANY MANSIONS is an Android home-planning application provided by MANY MANSIONS LTD in the United Kingdom. Privacy and support enquiries: [email protected]. This policy covers the implemented app and does not claim that the company offers any unverified property listings, agency services, or confirmed bookings.

2. Information you choose to save

You can store a home-preference brief (including preferred area, type, bedroom needs, priorities, and optional budget), your own viewing diary dates and location notes, checklist selections, personal home notes, favourite educational guides, calculator inputs, and enquiry drafts. An enquiry draft may contain your name, email, subject, preferred area, and message. Please do not enter payment-card details, bank details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information.

3. Device-only planning data

Personal planning records, favourites, drafts, and theme/onboarding settings are stored in this application's private SharedPreferences storage on your Android device. The current release does not require registration, create a remote user account, upload your viewing records or notes to a company server, or use Firebase, an advertising SDK, or an analytics SDK. Android backup is disabled for the application.

4. User-initiated email communication

When you select Prepare Email or Contact Support, the app opens your chosen compatible email application with a message addressed to [email protected]. Your email application may receive the draft content to display it. You decide whether to send it. If sent, your email provider and MANY MANSIONS LTD as the recipient may process its contents to deliver and respond to your request. Opening an email app does not mean the email was sent or delivered. Deleting a draft inside this app does not delete an email already sent elsewhere.

5. Internet image requests

Property and interior photographs used as general decorative illustrations are loaded over HTTPS from images.unsplash.com when an internet connection is available. Image fetching may disclose ordinary network request information, including your IP address and requested image URL, to the image host. Images may be cached on your device by the Glide image-loading library. If loading fails or you are offline, a branded non-photographic gradient placeholder is displayed. These photos are not verified properties owned, managed or marketed by MANY MANSIONS LTD.

6. Purposes and recipients

Locally saved information is used to provide the planning, saving, checklist, calculator, and draft functions you request. The app itself does not sell your personal information or send it to third-party advertising networks. A third-party image host handles remote photo requests; an external email provider handles a draft only when you choose the email action, and receives a sent message only if you decide to send it.

7. Legal basis for company correspondence

If MANY MANSIONS LTD receives an email you decide to send, the purpose is to handle your enquiry or support request. A relevant UK GDPR lawful basis may be legitimate interests in responding to user-initiated correspondence, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract when applicable. The company must confirm its actual lawful basis and operational retention rules before public launch. Device-only records do not automatically leave your phone for processing by the company.

8. Retention and deletion

Local records remain on your device until you delete individual items, choose the Clear Saved Data option in Settings, clear Android application data, or uninstall the app. Image cache may be managed by Android or the image loader. Your device-local deletion does not remove emails already handled by your email provider or the company. For a request about company-received email records, write to [email protected]; the company should communicate its applicable retention period directly.

9. Security

The app relies on Android app-private storage and HTTPS for online image requests. There is no in-app password vault or end-to-end encryption service. Protect your device with appropriate device security. Do not use the app to store confidential financial details or identity documents.

10. UK data protection rights

Where the company holds your personal information, rights under applicable UK data protection law may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, subject to legal limitations. Contact [email protected] to exercise a right about company-held email correspondence. For device-local records, use the app's delete controls. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.

11. No payments or behavioural advertising

The app does not process online payments, card details or banking information, and does not provide investment, trading, betting, medical advice or adult services. The current implementation contains no third-party behavioural advertising or analytics features. It does not request precise location permissions; locations mentioned in planning records are entered by you.

12. Changes to this notice

This notice reflects the current locally-focused release and optional internet photo loading. We will update the notice when features or data handling change.
